Cabernet Franc 2018, Bradford Mountain Estate Vineyard

This wine has the power and intensity from our estate mountain vineyard and the perfumed aromatics of this distinctive variety  This very limited production bottling is the kind of wine that lets you have your cake and eat it too.  The addition of 11% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon to the 79% Cabernet Franc enhances the structure and dark fruit. Aged over 2 years in barrel and plenty of time in the bottle before release means ready to drink now... bit it will certainly develop deeper complexity for another 7-10 years.
